Freedom, Equality and Nalta Faith

In Freedom, equality and nalta faith, we get to meet some of the people who took the lead in a development that made Sweden a democracy. Here we are told about revival Christians Isak who reluctantly becomes a strike leader, about Frigga whose sharp tongue haunts all opponents of female suffrage, about how Bengt becomes sober and discovers the beauty of literature and about Maja-Lisa - the soul-sorcerer who is hunted by the authorities.

Welcome to Västerbotten a hundred years ago - a time of hardship and deep injustice but also of solidarity, development and faith in the future. On stage are three of Västerbottensteatern's skilled actors to bring to life the gallery of colorful personalities from the turn of the last century. There will be laughter, tears and new insights in this tribute to those who went before. In addition to storytelling, the performance offers a lot of live music and singing - both traditional songs and newly written.
