At Brohällarna in Rundvik, there are three timbered boathouses preserved from the middle of the 19th century. The sheds located three kilometers from Lögdeå have been used by the Lögdeå farmers who operated in the river and Nordmalingsfjärden. During the event, the men could be away for 24 hours in a row, so it was very important that there were boathouses to spend the night in. However, the booths were mainly used as storage for cutting equipment and boats.
