In the middle of the Järnäs peninsula is a cairn where the three villages of Bredvik, Järnäs and Öre meet. The cairn is located on a small islet at the southern end of Korsmyran. It is mentioned e.g. 1746 as a landmark towards Öre [Tyko Lundkvist, Västerbotten 1953, page 147].
